While in Oregon, we passed several signs that advertised pick-your-own berries for $1 a pound.  Having grown up in the suburbs and never picked any berries of our own, we couldn't pass up the experience or the deal.  We went to the Williamette Valley Fruit Company's new building in Salem, OR.
