Legends in Upland, CA

Rating: You Might Like It

Legends Burgers has a few locations, but the one I visited is in Upland, CA.  The restaurant has a classic car theme, with license plates and 50/60's memorabilia lining the walls.  There are even street signs at the front of the line and an electric "train" of classic cars running on a track overhead.  Legends is a traditional diner, including a large menu and large portions.

Some of the items are a little unique (like ostrich).  I tried the Buffalo Burger.  That's not just a name; it's actually made of buffalo meat.  Besides lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles, the burgers are topped with a "special sauce" (which seems like a flavored mayonnaise) that adds a lot of flavor.  Without the sauce, I think the Buffalo Burger would taste a little bland.  The fries are seasoned and delicious.  The place is well lit, has ample room, and is clean (unless there's a big crowd).  The burgers are around $5-$7 and each item is sold separately (although they do offer some combos).
