Flo's Pancake House |
Rating: You Should Go
Flo's Pancake House is not the most scenic stop in all Anchorage, and it's not much to look at from the outside. Nate and I were starving for some brunch (we hadn't eaten all day at it was already 1:30pm) and saw this place had good recommendations on Yelp and was also inexpensive. We were not at all disappointed.
The inside was clean and the seats were soft. We walked in and were told to pick any seat we wanted to we sat in a booth by the window. The food choices were varied and many. I got a breakfast skillet which had eggs, ham, and cheese on top of hash browns with toast on the side and a large glass of orange juice. Nate got pancakes with toast, hash browns, eggs, and bacon with apple juice. The meal was delicious and filled us up. The bill came out to around
$25 total, and there's no sales tax in Anchorage. If you're in the area, I'd recommend stopping by.
