Western Trails Horseback Riding in Norco, CA

Rating: You Might Like It

For my birthday we went horseback riding with Western Trails Horseback Riding in Norco.  I had been horseback riding before but Nathan had never been.  It's a really good place for new
riders.  We went in a group that met at this house/ranch.  The lady there saddled up our horses and gave us the option to wear helmets (since we're over 18).  Then we rode our horses in a line around the hills in Corona.  It was beautiful and relaxing (besides our rears really hurting afterward).  My horse was a little stubborn in that it didn't want to walk, and Nathan's was a little stubborn in that it wanted to go faster than everyone else.  With the guide and the group, though, we had a safe and fun 1 hour ride (it says 1.5 hours but that's including saddling up and safety talks).  It was a good first time for Nathan but we'd like to do something less restrictive next time.  For $25 a person, it wasn't a bad deal.
